8 weeks

In the spirit of Andrew Weil’s 8 weeks to optimal health. I started a regular regimen of Vitamins and supplements.

2g of Vitamin C
400mg of Vitamin E
50mg of Selenium
1 multi vitamin
Chollera
Protein powder and Spirulina

Regularly instead of my morning cup of joe, I made a mix of Sencha green tea, and Herba Mate. With it I stew a quick decoction of Astragulus, Reishi, Dong quai, Chuan xiong, and Licorice.
